Event ‘Quality pig breeding techniques in Poland’

A four-days training event was organised online by the Polish partner from 29th November to 2th December 2021, as opportunity to share experiences in the pig sector in Poland, addressing issues related to Polish native breeds and their applicability to free-range pig production, pig production in Poland, the virtuous and innovative example of a swiss pig farm, illustration of project focusing on best practice in pig production, an example of health management on a swine farm that pay particular attention to the heat stress prevention, integration of farmers and producers of pigs within agricultural producer groups, VET education in Poland, also at university level.
